Responsibilities as the Events Operations Manager:
- Taking the lead on the day-to-day running of the Events Operations Department, ensuring every occasion is delivered seamlessly and to exceptional five-star standards
- Leading, motivating and developing the Events Team, creating a positive environment where outstanding service comes naturally
- Maintaining a visible, hands-on presence throughout events, leading by example and ensuring guests receive a warm, intuitive and personalised experience
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of event spaces, ensuring every detail is considered and beautifully executed
- Anticipating guest and client needs, responding confidently to feedback and continually looking for ways to elevate the experience
You’ll have previous Events Operations experience within a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment, combined with strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for developing people. This is a wonderful opportunity to take the lead within the Events operation of an outstanding luxury hotel, joining a talented team and playing an integral part in bringing some truly special occasions to life.
