Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the dining room and bar, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from breakfast through to afternoon tea and dinner.

This is a hands-on management role, so you’ll be visible on the floor, leading from the front and supporting a well-established team throughout service. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need to drive and have your own transport.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Bar & Restaurant Manager:

  • 40-hour contract across 5 days
  • Responsibility for managing the rota and organising your own shifts

Responsibilities as a Bar & Restaurant Manager:

  • Overseeing the smooth running of the hotel’s dining room and bar

  • Creating rotas and ensuring the department is appropriately staffed across all services
  • Maintaining excellent standards of service and ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience
  • Working closely with the General Manager and wider hotel team to keep operations running smoothly

This role would suit an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager with a strong hotel background who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and taking real ownership of their department.
