Were recruiting for a beautiful luxury hotel in County Durham, known for delivering warm, polished hospitality in an impressive setting. With a busy restaurant and bar operation, the hotel is looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to take the lead across its front-of-house food and beverage service.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day running of the dining room and bar, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from breakfast through to afternoon tea and dinner.
This is a hands-on management role, so youll be visible on the floor, leading from the front and supporting a well-established team throughout service.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need to drive and have your own transport.

- £40,000 per annum plus £2,000 service charge
