We are proud to be representing one of the UK’s most distinguished 5-star hotels, set within a stunning countryside estate in Surrey. This award-winning property is now looking for a commercially driven Director of Sales to lead their sales function, drive revenue growth and strengthen their position within the luxury hospitality market. This is a senior leadership role with significant autonomy, regular UK and international travel and responsibility for managing a small, high-performing team. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own transport.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Director of Sales:
- £65,000 per annum plus £2,000 service charge and £2,000 commission
- Regular travel, both UK-wide and overseas, roughly once per month

Responsibilities as the Director of Sales:
- Leading and executing the overall sales strategy to drive revenue across the hotel
- Managing, mentoring and motivating two Sales Managers
- Identifying new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality market
- Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events and overseas visits
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to align sales objectives with wider business goals
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have proven Director of Sales or senior sales leadership experience within a 5-star hotel environment
- Have a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market
- Are confident leading a team and inspiring strong performance
- Are happy travelling regularly in the UK and internationally
