We are delighted to be assisting a 2 Rosette restaurant which is based in a boutique hotel near Cirencester. They are in search for a Sous Chef to help guide, mentor and motivate their small but mighty team of 5.

- £40,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week
Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes which celebrate sustainability and the restaurant's “farm to fork” ethos
- Letting your creative juices flow as you make the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Helping create a positive working environment as the team push the standards.
- Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Working closely alongside the Head Chef and showcasing your kitchen management skills
