We're searching for an experienced Bar & Lounge Manager to oversee one of the most important guest-facing areas within a luxury country house hotel. This role is all about creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll lead the bar and lounge team, drive service standards, support revenue growth, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
The successful Bar & Lounge Manager will be a confident leader who enjoys developing teams, building guest relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
