We are so excited to be continuing our partnership with one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque luxury hotels as they look to appoint a talented Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of their highly regarded seafood-focused restaurant kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef with Rosette experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a kitchen that champions exceptional ingredients, sustainability, and professional development.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as a Senior Sous Chef:
- £44,604 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge
- Live-in accommodation (£330 per month)
- Working 48 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of a busy seafood restaurant kitchen
- Leading and motivating the brigade to consistently deliver dishes to a high Rosette standard
- Assisting with menu development, seasonal dish creation and maintaining quality control
- Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
- Helping to manage stock, ordering and food cost controls
Working with some of the finest produce available, including fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team that genuinely invests in its people and their progression.
