An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in the hotel's day-to-day running. You’ll oversee teams across the property, support Heads of Department and ensure the guest experience remains consistently excellent, while keeping a close eye on commercial performance and operational standards. You will have your own transport due to the rural location of the property.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments
- Leading, supporting and developing Heads of Department and their teams
- Maintaining consistently high standards throughout the property and guest journey
- Reviewing staffing levels, rotas and labour costs to support an efficient operation
- Identifying opportunities to drive revenue and improve commercial performance
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous senior operations experience within a quality luxury hotel environment
- Is a confident, visible leader who enjoys being present across the operation
- Has experience managing and developing Heads of Department and larger hotel teams
