We are delighted to continue our partnership with a breathtaking 4-star hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, as they seek an experienced Chef De Partie to join the talented team in their award-winning seafood restaurant. You will need 1/2 Rosette experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie:

  • £37,440 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge
  • Live-in accommodation (£330 per month)
  • Working 48 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:

  • Creating a wide array of sustainable seafood dishes for up to 80 guests
  • Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
  • Gaining invaluable culinary knowledge from the more senior chefs in the kitchen
  • Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset
  • Showcasing exceptional communication skills and working well alongside others

Using top-tier kitchen equipment and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll craft stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood dishes. The hotel’s commitment to team growth offers excellent training opportunities and perks like complimentary stays and restaurant discounts.
