With 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and an on-site market garden providing the freshest ingredients, this is a kitchen with creativity and quality at its heart.
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a crucial part of the brigade, running your section with confidence and delivering dishes that celebrate seasonality. You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie:

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Running a designated section and consistently delivering dishes to a 2 Rosette standard

- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
- Helping with stock rotation, daily prep and contributing ideas for new dishes
