We’re delighted to be supporting a luxurious 5-star estate in Northumberland as they grow their award-winning kitchen brigade with the addition of a talented Chef De Partie. This estate is home to a prestigious 3 AA Rosette restaurant, a stylish grill restaurant, a vibrant golf club, and large-scale banqueting, offering chefs the chance to work across multiple outlets and cuisines. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen and a passionate team in place, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven Chef De Partie to broaden their skills and progress their career in a high-calibre, multi-faceted hospitality environment.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Running your own section to an exceptional standard in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant
- Preparing and presenting seasonal dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency
- Supporting senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Upholding the high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across your section
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to further hone your skills
About you: You’ll have experience in high-end kitchens, ideally within Rosetted or 4/5-star hotel environments.
