We are proud to be working with a beautifully restored 18th-century inn on the cusp of its grand reopening following a £3 million transformation. With 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and an on-site market garden providing the freshest ingredients, this is a kitchen with creativity and quality at its heart. As Chef De Partie, you will be a crucial part of the brigade, running your section with confidence and delivering dishes that celebrate seasonality.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Running a designated section and consistently delivering dishes to a 2 Rosette standard
- Working with the freshest seasonal produce, including ingredients grown in the garden
- Supporting the senior chefs in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
- Helping with stock rotation, daily prep and contributing ideas for new dishes
