An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade of one of the UK's most iconic five-star hotels, located within 40 minutes of central London. Working within one of the hotel's most popular dining concepts, you'll be part of a vibrant, high-performing team in a rustic yet refined restaurant with a fully open kitchen, where your skills are on display throughout service.
The ingredient-led menu celebrates seasonal produce from the estate's own kitchen garden and trusted local suppliers, with a focus on bold flavours, fire-based cooking and modern British cuisine. We are seeking chefs from luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants or high-quality gastro pubs who are passionate about exceptional ingredients and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
