Our client is a family-run two-Rosette restaurant located in a leafy London suburb offering modern French-inspired cuisine using exceptional seasonal British and continental produce. They are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their brigade and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence across their kitchen.

You will receive:

  • £38,000 per annum package
  • Structured 7-shift rota over 5 days: 1 early shift, 2 late shifts, and 2 doubles
  • Sunday and Monday off
  • Working alongside a team of 10 talented chefs

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard showcasing the restaurant's refined modern French-British style
  • Catering for 40 covers per service during the week and up to 100 on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Taking ownership of your section managing mise en place consistency and cleanliness throughout service
  • Contributing creative ideas to menu development and supporting seasonal changes with the Head Chef
  • Guiding and supporting junior chefs promoting teamwork and attention to detail

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong experience as a Chef De Partie ideally within a fine-dining or two/three-Rosette environment
  • Excellent technical skills and a keen attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations with calm and clarity
  • Passion for seasonal produce, flavour-driven menus, and creative execution
