We are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the talented kitchen team at a beautifully restored boutique country house hotel and restaurant in Gloucestershire. Joining a close-knit brigade of 7 chefs, you’ll be working with fantastic seasonal ingredients to create beautifully prepared dishes that showcase the best of British produce. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Chef De Partie looking to develop their skills within a quality-driven kitchen, surrounded by an experienced and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it runs smoothly throughout service
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to consistently high standards
  • Working with fresh, seasonal produce to create quality dishes
  • Supporting the wider brigade during preparation and busy services
  • Working closely with the senior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen environment

What we’re looking for…

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • A real enthusiasm for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • A strong team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit brigade
