We’re looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to join the team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Cumbria. Set amongst beautiful gardens and rolling countryside, this elegant property is home to an acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant alongside a relaxed brasserie, creating a fantastic destination for guests who appreciate exceptional food and warm, polished hospitality.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead within the Michelin-starred restaurant, overseeing a front-of-house team of 10+ while also having responsibility across the brasserie.
