We’re looking for an accomplished Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Cumbria. Set amongst beautiful gardens and rolling countryside, this elegant property is home to an acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant alongside a relaxed brasserie, creating a fantastic destination for guests who appreciate exceptional food and warm, polished hospitality.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to work within the Michelin-starred restaurant, helping oversee a front-of-house team of 10+ while also having some responsibility across the brasserie. With genuine scope for progression, this is a brilliant next step for someone ambitious to grow within luxury hospitality.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Helping lead the day-to-day operation of the Michelin-starred restaurant
- Overseeing the restaurant team and ensuring service runs seamlessly
- Supporting and overseeing the hotel’s brasserie operation
- Maintaining exceptional standards of service and attention to detail
- Training, mentoring and developing the front-of-house team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in fine dining and ideally Michelin-level restaurants
- Is a confident and engaging leader who enjoys developing a team
- Combines polished service standards with a warm and personable approach
