We are so excited to be working with a family-run gastropub located in the heart of Burford. They are looking for a Sous Chef to create a variety of flavour-first dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients.

You will receive:

  • £35,000 per annum plus £4,000 to £6,000 service charge
  • Live in accommodation available – sharing a 2-bedroom cottage
  • Working 45 hours per week
  • Paid overtime
  • Leading a close-knit team of 7
  • Working alongside a truly excellent Executive Chef

Working closely alongside the talented Executive Chef, you will be creating a variety of traditional pub classics as well as more adventurous dishes to impress diners. With access to the freshest seasonal ingredients grown locally in the Cotswolds, this is an excellent opportunity to explore different ingredients and elevate your culinary skillset as a Sous Chef.
