Job Description

We are so excited to be assisting a luxury 4-star hotel nestled in a charming Cotswolds village.

Home to a vibrant 1 Rosette restaurant, they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade, crafting exceptional dishes with the finest seasonal ingredients.

  • Live-in accommodation available (£250 per month, including ensuite room and shared kitchen with one other person)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

  • Assisting the Head Chef in creating a diverse range of dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade across all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
  • Liaising with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and help refine dishes and service.
  • Ensuring consistency in dish quality while setting and maintaining high standards for the brigade.
  • Supporting junior team members, fostering positive teamwork, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
