This is your chance to take charge of a brand-new gourmet kitchen in Bristol! We’re working with a stylish independent restaurant brand that’s redefining gourmet comfort food with bold flavours, premium ingredients and a buzzing dining atmosphere. Following the success of their first site, they're now launching in the heart of Bristol and are looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to run the kitchen at this exciting new venue.

As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force in the kitchen. You’ll lead a talented team, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and set the standard for everything that leaves the pass. You’ll shape the kitchen culture, inspire your team and keep every service smooth, efficient and fun.

  • Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
  • Overseeing prep, service, ordering and stock management
