We are delighted to continue collaborating with a fantastic group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious country retreats with rooms, which has undergone a refurbishment, is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade.

This is an exciting time to join the team as they push to be awarded AA Rosettes. You will need to be able to drive due to the location of the property.

As a Chef De Partie, you can expect:

  • £31,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge
  • Working 48 hours per week
  • Option to work a 4 or 5-day week
  • Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Working alongside a fantastic Head Chef who has worked at Michelin Star/3 AA Rosette level

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie include:
