Boasting 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and a thriving on-site market garden, this gastropub offers a kitchen that values quality, creativity, and fresh, seasonal produce.
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll take charge of delivering a standout morning menu, setting the tone for an exceptional day. You’ll be running your section confidently, creating dishes that highlight the very best ingredients and provide guests with a memorable start to their day.

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:
- Managing the breakfast kitchen section, consistently producing dishes to a high quality

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with stock rotation, daily prep, and sharing ideas to enhance the breakfast offering
