This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to develop their career in an award-winning kitchen, creating beautiful pastries and desserts for a 1 Michelin Star restaurant and hotel environment.
Working alongside an Apprentice and Commis Chef, you'll focus primarily on the restaurant's pastry offering, while also supporting breakfast, room service and bar food. - 48-hour contract
- 2 days off per week, 3 days off wherever possible
- Working 48 hours per week, including 1 breakfast shift per week (6:45am to 3:00pm) when 3 days off are not available

The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have…
- Experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A background within a minimum 3 AA Rosette standard kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for high-end pastry
- A desire to learn, develop and work to the highest culinary standards
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive as part of a collaborative brigade
