• £37,000 per annum plus circa £6,000 service charge

• Preparing a variety of high-quality dishes to be served at high-volume events
• Working well independently and being a strong team player
• Going above and beyond to ensure the hotel\’s high standards are maintained at all times
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times
• Making the most of the hotel\’s outstanding training and development opportunities

The hotel has been rated 5 stars in the Forbes Travel Guide, a testament to its high standards of excellence. As a result, they are looking for a Banqueting Chef De Partie with extensive experience working in large, 5-star hotels, particularly in catering for high-volume events.
