Our client is an exclusive hotel in a beautiful riverside setting, known for elegant dining, relaxed lounges and exceptional service. They are now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and deliver a consistently first-class experience for their members and guests.
You will receive:
- Up to £31,586 per annum (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation available at £325 per month, including all meals
- Working 40 hours per week, mainly afternoon shifts
- Ongoing professional development and clear progression

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager include:
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service for members and guests
- Taking charge of service during busy periods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Conducting pre-service briefs, sharing menu updates and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen
- Stepping up as Duty Manager when required and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
