Our client is an exclusive hotel in a beautiful riverside setting, known for elegant dining, relaxed lounges and exceptional service. They are now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and deliver a consistently first-class experience for their members and guests.

You will receive:

  • Up to £31,586 per annum (DOE)
  • Live-in accommodation available at £325 per month, including all meals
  • Working 40 hours per week, mainly afternoon shifts

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager include:

  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service for members and guests
  • Taking charge of service during busy periods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conducting pre-service briefs, sharing menu updates and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen
  • Stepping up as Duty Manager when required and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
