Responsibilities as the Assistant Head Housekeeper...
- Providing high-quality training and development for the team
- Working alongside the Head Housekeeper and 2 other Assistant Head Housekeepers to ensure the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department
- Checking the status of all rooms to ensure consistent high-quality cleaning
- Greeting all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and treating all team members professionally
- Overseeing all special requests from guests
- Managing the rota and the team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
