We are delighted to be partnering with an exceptional 5-star luxury Hotel located in the home counties, seeking an ambitious Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager to help lead a diverse and highly successful Food & Beverage operation. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond managing a single outlet and gain exposure across multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting facilities and guest experiences, working alongside an experienced senior leadership team.

The Opportunity
As Assistant F&B Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a large-scale luxury food and beverage operation. You will be highly visible on the floor, leading by example, supporting service delivery, developing teams and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across every outlet. This role would suit an individual who genuinely enjoys coaching and developing people, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the operational management of multiple F&B outlets
- Leading Food & Beverage Duty Manager shifts
- Driving luxury service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coaching, mentoring and developing supervisors and team members
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements
- Working closely with culinary, events and hotel operations teams
- Supporting revenue growth, upselling initiatives and departmental targets
- Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
Who We're Looking For
You'll ideally come from a luxury 5 star hotel, or high-end hospitality background and already have experience leading teams within a quality-driven food and beverage environment. We'd love to hear from candidates who possess:
- Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury operations or premium hospitality environment
- Previous Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager or F&B Duty Manager experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
