We are delighted to continue our partnership with one of the UK’s most prestigious luxury hotels, situated within a beautiful countryside estate in Surrey. They are now seeking an experienced and organised Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team and support the smooth operation of a fast-paced, high-volume accounts function. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Up to £35,000 per annum plus £2,000 service charge
- Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Overseeing the processing of a high volume of invoices across the business
- Ensuring invoices, credit notes and payments are handled accurately and on time
- Supporting payment runs and reporting to the Financial Controller and Management Accountant
- Managing supplier queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting and guiding the wider accounts team where required
