Realistic annual income of £335,000+ (5 days a week) from a mixed practice of private work, private capitation plans and a small NHS contract. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, patient-focused Associate Dentist to deliver a broad scope of general dentistry within a mixed practice of private work, private capitation plans and a small NHS contract. Key aspects of the role include:
- Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) required.
- Expertise required in general dentistry, preventative, and restorative treatments.
- Routine examinations, restorations, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions.
- Strong professional competence and communication skills.
- Eagerness to develop in areas such as cosmetic dentistry, sedation and implant restoration.
- Enhanced in-house training options to support career development.
- Income security through a private capitation scheme allocation of approximately £135,000, plus realistic private fee income of £200,000+.
