Experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – Service Growth & Development Full-Time | £35,000–£45,000 per year based on experience| Early Start Preferred | Career Progression Golden Touch Home Care Services is looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially aware Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead, develop and grow our service. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manager who is confident in maintaining high standards of care and compliance, while also playing an active role in increasing referrals, developing the client base and supporting future service expansion. Essential Requirements * Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care or in a senior domiciliary care management role * Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, quality assurance and compliance * Proven experience in developing a domiciliary care service, increasing referrals and growing the client base * Ability to lead, recruit, supervise and develop care teams * Experience managing care plans, including dementia and complex care * NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards this qualification * Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills * Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to strategic service development and organisational growth * Experience of working with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies Experience in business development, local authority or private referrals, community engagement, service expansion or the establishment of new services would be highly desirable. The Role We are seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and development of the service. Alongside ensuring safe, high-quality and person-centred care, you will oversee staffing, recruitment, care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. A key part of the role will be to support the continued growth of Golden Touch Home Care Services. You will be expected to actively develop referral pathways, strengthen relationships within the local community and healthcare sector, increase the client base and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. As the organisation continues to expand, there may also be opportunities to contribute to the development of additional branches and services. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service * Ensure safe, high-quality and person-centred care is consistently delivered * Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies * Lead recruitment, induction, supervision and development of the care team * Maintain effective staffing levels and service continuity * Oversee care assessments, care plans, risk assessments and reviews * Monitor quality through audits, feedback, incidents and governance processes * Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and grow the client base * Build strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals and community organisations * Support private and commissioned referral pathways * Contribute to business planning, community engagement and service development * Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and future service expansion * Promote a positive, accountable and professional culture across the service What We Offer * Competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience and proven track record * Opportunity to shape and grow a developing domiciliary care service * Supportive and experienced leadership team * Genuine scope for career progression * Opportunity to contribute to future branch and service development * A senior role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the organisation We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate a successful track record of improving service quality, increasing care hours, generating new referrals or growing an existing domiciliary care client base.
