Golden Recruitment are looking for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers. You will be working for an elite client of ours that offers fantastic pay rates and temp to perm positions for the correct candidates.
Your role will include delivering pallets to consumers on a curbside basis, ensuring that consumers receive the correct pallets per your delivery sheets. Previous use of a PPT (Powered Pump Truck) is essential, as you will need to rely on this to assist with unloading pallets from the vehicle. Assisting colleagues and ensuring you are a valued member of the team.
This role is offered on a temp to perm basis; for the first 12 weeks you will be working with us and in week 13, you will be transferred to the client. High vis vest and safety boots are essential along with good literacy skills.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 07:30 – 17:30 with optional overtime available. Paid at the standard rate of £16.00 per hour with overtime paid at £20.00 per hour.
