Job description
CONTRACTED HOURS

We are seeking a dedicated domiciliary Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in their own home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a willingness to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
– Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
– Utilise IT systems to update patient records and documentation
– Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
– Provide support with daily living activities and personal care
– Ensure the comfort and dignity of patients at all times

Requirements
– Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a care home or home care environment
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal
– Ability to drive is essential for this role
– Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
– Willingness to learn and adapt to different care scenarios
