We are one of the country’s leading supported housing landlords for people with a learning disability or autistic people. We are passionate about assisting our tenants to live their lives as they choose.

We are recruiting a Director of Business Services to play an integral role in Golden Lane Housing’s leadership and future ready strategy.

The role will report to the Chief Executive, sit on the Executive Team, and lead a well-developed and effective business services team and make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and operational success of the organisation.

The role is responsible for driving change and business improvement across the organisation and is the Executive lead on four business areas:

1. Digital, Data & Technology
2. People & Culture
3. Governance
4. Communications & Marketing

We are looking for someone who has experience in a minimum of one of the areas listed with a willingness and ability to gain knowledge of the others.
