About the Programme
Our Graduate / Trainee Investment Banking Analyst 2026 programme is designed for high-potential graduates looking to launch a front-office investment banking career. Based in our fast-paced Canary Wharf office, this two-year fast-track programme focuses on building strong technical foundations, commercial awareness, and deal execution skills. You will work closely with experienced bankers on live transactions, gaining exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory work. From day one, you will be treated as a core member of the team, with real responsibility and a clear pathway for progression.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior bankers on live M&A, fundraising, and advisory mandates.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and forecasts.
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and investment memoranda.
- Conduct company, sector, and market research.
- Assist with due diligence and transaction execution processes.

- Structured technical training covering financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution.
- Ongoing coaching from senior bankers and dedicated mentors.
- Exposure across key investment banking functions within the two-year programme.
