As a Wealth Management Trainee, you will join a structured development programme designed to equip you with the technical knowledge, regulatory understanding, and client-facing skills required to succeed in a highly regulated environment. You will work alongside experienced Wealth Managers and Senior Advisors, gaining hands-on exposure to live client portfolios, financial planning discussions, and regulated advisory processes.

A core element of this role is developing a strong understanding of regulation and compliance. You will learn how regulatory frameworks underpin all client advice, from suitability assessments to ongoing portfolio reviews. Candidates with prior knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority will be at a strong advantage, as this position operates within a highly governed financial services environment.

You will support client meetings, assist in building investment strategies aligned to individual objectives, and contribute to long-term financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, protection, and wealth preservation. As your competence develops, you will progressively take on greater responsibility, moving towards managing client relationships independently.

  • Year 3 (Junior Wealth Manager / Associate Advisor): £55,000 - £65,000 base salary, enhanced bonus and incentive structure, eligibility for client book participation

Location weighting applies for London, with regional adjustments for Manchester and Cardiff while remaining highly competitive in each market.
