About GGGolden Goose Events is an international event staffing agency supporting leading global brands with professional, reliable event teams across conferences, exhibitions, and corporate experiences throughout Europe.

Role Overview: We are hiring 15 Event Hosts/Hostesses and 1 Event Manager (all Freelancers) to support a large coding conference for approximately 500 attendees in London. This is a structured, multi-day assignment ideal for experienced event professionals who are confident working in fast-paced conference environments.

Event Details:

  • Location: Corner Corner, Canada Water, London
  • Dates and Schedule:
  • Monday 18 May - Onsite briefing (14:00-18:00)
  • Tuesday 19 May - Event day (07:00-18:30)
  • Wednesday 20 May - Event day (07:30-18:00)
  • Total hours per staff member: 26 hours
  • Compensation: 23 EUR/hour (gross)
  • Food allowance: 18 EUR/day* Except first day
  • Total invoiced: 634€/event
  • Responsibilities:

    • Managing attendee registration
    • Providing wayfinding support throughout the venue
    • Supporting guest experience across event areas
    • Assisting with general event flow and participant support
    • Additional coordination responsibilities for the Event Manager role

    Profile Requirements:

    • Hold the Freelancing status (you are able to issue an invoice for your services)
    • Previous experience supporting conferences or large-scale events
    • Strong communication and guest-facing skills
    • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working long event shifts
    • Professional presentation
    • Fluent in English
