Mission

The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.

Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success. Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies. Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers. Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards. Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards. Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Minimum 1-3 Years Of Relevant Experience In Luxury Retail.
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline).
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
  • Strong team player.

Location: Bicester Starting in October.
