We're partnered with a fast-growing fashion ecommerce brand looking to appoint an experienced Merchandiser to support the next stage of its growth journey. This is an opportunity to join a commercially driven business where merchandising plays a key role in trading performance, stock strategy and business decision-making. Working closely with Buying, Ecommerce and Operations, you'll take ownership of forecasting, trading and stock management across multiple channels. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys making commercial decisions and is confident using data to influence performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own weekly trade performance across ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels
- Manage forecasting, WSSI and stock planning across product categories
- Analyse sales, stock, margin and sell-through performance to drive trading decisions
- Work closely with Buying teams on range planning and seasonal strategies
- Manage intake, replenishment and stock flow to maximise availability and profitability
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities through trading analysis
- Support promotional planning, markdown strategies and stock optimisation
- Present performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing and Operations teams across the business
About You
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser within a fashion, retail or ecommerce environment
- Strong understanding of forecasting, WSSI management and stock planning
- Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills
- Experience driving trading decisions through data and performance analysis
- Confident managing stakeholders across multiple departments
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
