A leading Water Treatment equipment provider is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business across the UK. This is a high-autonomy role with huge earning potential, zero micromanagement and the chance to develop quickly within a growing division.
The Role
- Sell a range of water treatment equipment: water softeners, RO units, filtration and dosing systems
- Building your own pipeline and appointments
- Complete on-site surveys and recommend bespoke solutions
- Manage your own diary: 2 days office/WFH, 3 days field-based
- Work with internal teams to price, propose and deliver solutions
- Clients include commercial, industrial, data centres, food & beverage, chemical and FM markets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the water industry
- Strong technical knowledge of softeners, RO, filtration or dosing equipment
- Proven sales background or a service/assistant engineer ready to step into sales
- Highly proactive, confident and self-motivated
- Able to carry out surveys and discuss technical solutions with clients
- Ideally based around Oxfordshire / Midlands or close to major motorway links
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and driving their own performance
What’s On Offer
- £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (OTE year 1: £80k)
- Uncapped commission (earn from every sale)
