We’re working with a super exciting fashion brand that’s turning heads in the UK market. Bold, unapologetic and full of energy, this brand is on a mission to become a household name – and they’re looking for a talented CRM Manager to help them get there.
If you love the idea of owning CRM in a brand that values creativity, data and connection equally - this could be your next big move!
The Role:This is a hands-on role where you’ll have full ownership of CRM strategy and delivery. You’ll be the go-to expert on customer journeys - planning and launching campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail that keep the brand top of mind and customers coming back.
With Klaviyo as your main tool, you’ll use smart segmentation and automation to make each touchpoint meaningful - whether it’s growing the subscriber base, re-engaging lapsed customers, or elevating their popular subscription offering.
Day-to-day, you’ll:- Own the CRM strategy and manage the Klaviyo platform inside out.
- Build and send email, SMS and direct mail campaigns that people actually want to receive.
- Grow and engage the subscriber list – with a particular focus on their subscription offering.
- Use data to segment audiences and create personalised, high-performing journeys.
- Help win back lapsed customers with creative, targeted messaging.
- Report on performance and use insights to shape future campaigns.
- Champion customer retention – turning one-time shoppers into loyal fans.
- At least 2 years of CRM experience (management experience not required!), ideally in a fashion, lifestyle or beauty ecommerce brand.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo – you know your flows, segments and dashboards.
- A creative eye with a strategic mind – you know how to design eye catching, on-brand email campaigns that tell a story.
- You’re proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve.
- A people-person who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Happy working from their Central London office 4 days a week (they’re a tight-knit, in-office team!).
This is your chance to step into a visible role within a brand that’s growing fast and genuinely values its people. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team that loves what they do and celebrates wins together - whether that’s monthly socials, office treats, or standout team events.
