A fast-growing luxury fashion brand is looking for a CRM Manager to take the lead on customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape CRM strategy, create impactful campaigns and enhance the customer journey across multiple digital channels.
Working closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams, you’ll be responsible for developing personalised, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS and app notifications. This is a role for someone who loves combining creativity with data and enjoys optimising campaigns to enhance customer loyalty, maximise customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering CRM campaigns across email, SMS and app push notifications, ensuring messaging is engaging and aligned with the brand.
- Developing automated workflows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase engagement, to enhance the customer experience.
- Analysing customer data and purchasing behaviour to create targeted segmentation strategies that increase engagement and retention.
- Running A/B testing on subject lines, content and timing to optimise performance and improve open rates, click-throughs and conversions.
- Working closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing, on-brand marketing materials.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce new strategies that keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing within fashion, retail or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, SMS Bump, PushOwl or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer insights and turn them into actionable marketing strategies.
- A solid understanding of audience segmentation, automation and personalisation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- A creative mindset and a keen eye for brand consistency and customer experience.
