You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, helping to manage workload, bring structure to the team and keep projects moving smoothly. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, leading from the front and supporting a developing team, rather than focusing purely on strategy.
The Role

Working within an established brand direction, you’ll focus on execution, team support and maintaining quality across all output.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a small creative team on a day‑to‑day basis
- Managing incoming briefs and overseeing delivery from start to finish
- Ensuring all creative work is accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
- Supporting the rollout of campaigns across digital, retail and print channels
- Reviewing and approving creative output across both visuals and copy
- Supporting consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging
- Working closely with marketing and digital teams to deliver campaigns
- Managing timelines, workload and priorities across the team
- Helping to improve processes and bring structure to the creative function
- Acting as a key support to the Marketing Director in managing output
Previous experience
- Working within a creative or studio‑led environment, ideally at a similar level
- Managing or mentoring a creative team
- A strong track record of delivering campaigns across digital, print and motion channels
- A good eye for detail and brand consistency
- Confident reviewing creative work and providing feedback
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A practical mindset with the ability to support and develop junior team members
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to attend the Norfolk HQ 3 days per week
Why Apply
This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can make a real impact on how a creative team operates day to day. You’ll be joining a growing brand at an exciting stage, with the chance to support team development, improve ways of working and play a key role in delivering high‑quality creative output. On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 (with flexibility depending on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package.
