Salary: Up to £70,000 + car/allowance + pension + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to join a growing fire safety and compliance business. You’ll be responsible for delivering sprinkler installation projects across commercial, residential and industrial sites, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This role would suit a motivated Project Manager looking to take ownership of key projects while enjoying excellent long-term progression prospects.

Responsibilities

*

Manage the full lifecycle of sprinkler projects from initial enquiry through to final account

*

Oversee budgets, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor performance

*

Ensure compliance with BS EN 12845, BS 9251, LPC 12845, NFPA and other relevant standards

*

Maintain health & safety compliance, including RAMS, site inspections and QA documentation

*

Prepare and issue quotations, progress reports and variation orders

*

Act as the main client point of contact, building strong and lasting relationships

*

Lead and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

*

Proven track record delivering sprinkler or fire protection projects in the UK

*

Strong technical knowledge of sprinkler and suppression systems

*

Familiarity with industry standards (BS EN 12845, BS 9251, LPC, NFPA, FM Global)

*

Excellent commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and negotiating variations

*

Confident communicator, able to manage clients and subcontractors effectively

*

Full UK driving licence

Desirable: NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, SMSTS / IOSH, CSCS card
