Golden Fox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that, due to continued project demand, is looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor to support work across commercial and industrial sites only.
This role is ideal for a surveyor who wants to move away from domestic work and develop their career within a structured, technically driven environment.
You will be responsible for delivering asbestos surveying services on complex and high-value projects, working closely with experienced technical teams and established clients.
Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor include:
- Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Surveying commercial and industrial buildings, including factories, offices and infrastructure assets
- Collecting and documenting samples of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
- Producing high-quality technical reports
- Maintaining strict compliance with UKAS procedures and health & safety standards
