A growing asbestos management consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team covering projects across the M25 corridor and Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asbestos surveyor looking for a strong regional patch with limited Central London travel. The majority of projects are spread across North London, South London and Kent.

The successful Asbestos Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
  • Undertaking bulk sampling on residential and domestic properties
  • Producing detailed asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264 guidance
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site teams
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with current asbestos legislation and UKAS standards

To be considered for this Asbestos Surveyor opportunity, you will need:

  • BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 equivalent
  • Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys across domestic and residential properties
  • Strong understanding of current asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance
  • Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software
  • Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the South East region
