Operating across a strong portfolio of long-term contracts, this consultancy delivers high-quality compliance services to major clients throughout the South West.

As a Commercial Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering surveying services across a range of commercial environments, working on established client contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Working exclusively on commercial properties
- Sampling and accurately recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
- Producing clear, detailed and compliant survey reports
- Ensuring all work meets UKAS standards and current legislation
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Proven experience working within commercial environments
- Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos regulations
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
- £37,000 – £43,000 depending on experience
