An established and professionally run maintenance provider is looking to appoint a Maintenance Plumber to support a small portfolio of well-managed local sites in the Peterborough area.
This role is ideal for a Plumber who wants consistency, local work and a long-term position where the focus is on quality maintenance rather than constant callouts or excessive travel.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of plumbing and associated building services systems across a defined local patch. The work is varied, practical and structured, allowing you to manage your own workload while working within clear safety and compliance procedures.
Responsibilities will include:

Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
*
Fault finding and repair on pipework, valves, pumps and sanitary systems
*
Minor installation and improvement works
*
Identifying issues early and ensuring systems are left safe and compliant
*
Logging jobs and updates via a mobile device
*
Coordinating with suppliers and supporting specialist subcontractors where needed
*
Taking part in an on-call rota on a planned basis

No long-distance travel or nationwide coverage

Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
