Asbestos Surveyor Up to £40,000 + Benefits Nottingham, East Midlands We're working with a well-respected UKAS accredited consultancy and training provider that has recently secured new contract wins across Nottinghamshire.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor looking for more regional work and a better work-life balance.

You'll be working on a long-term housing contract, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across domestic properties and communal areas throughout Nottinghamshire, with very little travel outside of the region.

Whether you're early in your asbestos career and looking to build your experience, or an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking to reduce long commutes and enjoy a more local patch, this role offers long-term stability, supportive management and consistent workloads.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
  • Undertaking bulk sampling
  • Producing accurate asbestos survey reports in accordance with HSG264
  • Surveying domestic properties and communal areas
  • Liaising with clients and site representatives
  • Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation Essential Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification
  • Previous experience carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience using handheld tablets for survey reporting
  • Strong understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation Why Apply?
