The Role

A hands-on Supervisor position where you’ll act as the technical lead across a team of engineers and assessors. You’ll still stay close to the work, but with far more input into quality, standards and how things are delivered. This role is ideal for someone already in a senior position within a similar business who wants more autonomy, recognition and progression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the technical lead for water hygiene and Legionella compliance works
  • Supporting and overseeing engineers across day-to-day operations
  • Carrying out complex technical duties including risk assessments, audits and problem-solving
  • Reviewing reports and ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Providing technical support to both internal teams and clients
  • Supporting management with service delivery and continuous improvement

  • Currently working in a senior role within a water hygiene / Legionella business
  • Strong background in Legionella risk assessing and/or water hygiene
  • Excellent technical knowledge across compliance and water systems
  • Experience supporting or informally leading teams

  • Full UK driving licence
