We're partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led fashion brand that's looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of the Performance Marketing function and play a key role in its continued growth.
Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and founders, you'll use data to shape strategy, manage agency performance and influence commercial decisions across the wider business.

The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll
- Own Performance Marketing across Meta, Google, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Manage and challenge the external Paid Media agency to deliver against commercial objectives.
- Analyse performance using GA4, platform data and attribution tools to identify opportunities and optimise results.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA and LTV.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Head of Ecommerce, founders and senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Creative team to drive testing and campaign performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and media spend.
- Support the long-term strategy of bringing more of the paid media function in-house.
About You
You'll already have experience within a successful ecommerce, DTC or fashion brand and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
You'll have
- 5+ years' experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media in-house.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads and GA4.
- Experience managing agencies against commercial KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and contributing to trading discussions.
